Whale sharks generally swim east of Isla Contoy every summer from mid-May to mid-September.
Our tour leaves at 8 in the morning and returns after 2 in the afternoon.
The times may vary according to the conditions of waves and wind as well as the amount of sharks to see in the area. Some tours have larger numbers of whales on the surface and other days fewer.
We leave the center of Isla Mujeres from our location on Rueda Medina Avenue next to the gas station.
